Valentine's Day "Ignite Your Passion" Weekend
Have you resolved to stop deferring your desires and dreams? Do you have a heartfelt hope, Spiritual Purpose or Higher Calling that you long to follow? Or does the economy have you considering whether the security you seek might be better found by pursuing your passion while you still have a job?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions, join us this Valentine's Day weekend to develop your plan to achieve your goals and dreams.
During this 12-hour-long weekend intensive, I will teach you the process that I followed as I summoned the courage to transition out of corporate life to pursue what, for me, was a more fulfilling way of living -- one that allowed me to fulfill my hopes and dreams, yet prosper financially. I continue to follow this process today, even as the economy flouders and my industry shifts and it helps me to navigate the uncertainty.
You will also learn:
- How to overcome the human tendency to imagine worst-case scenarios that keep you stuck;
- To increase your sense of security by identifying and exploring a variety of options;
- How to create a strategy to transform your dreams into reality.
Participants who are clear about where they are headed, can leave the weekend holding a significant part of their plan in hand. Importantly, I do not expect anyone to leave their job, nor do I believe that that choice is best for most people. Instead, I will encourage participants to create a plan to pursue the passion that reflects their values, goals and dreams -- whether that means making a job change, pursuing an encore career, starting a side business or returning to school.
The workshop is best suited for men and women who already have some sense of a goal, dream or Calling they'd like to follow, although they may not have had enough clarity, courage or confidence to pursue it. Others may know exactly what you want but can't figure out how to get "there" from "here".
Dates: Valentine's Day weekend: Friday, February 10 through Sunday, February 12, 2012
Time: Friday 6 - 9 p.m., Saturday 9:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Sunday 1 - 4:00 p.m.
Location: A beautiful studio on Main Street in the Manayunk neighborhood of Philadelphia, conveniently located near Rts. 76, City Avenue and Rt. 1/Roosevelt Boulevard.
Cost: $350, includes the weekend workshop and materials; $300 if paid by February 1, 2012.

I know it sounds cliche but FAITHWORKS truly changed my life. I can never return to such wayward, pessimistic thinking that had me TRAPPED & BOUND for sooooo long...

In my journey this week I came across Proverbs 11:14, which states, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; But in the multitude of counselors there is safety." This said it all for me. I feel so exhilarated knowing that I am in your counsel and in the counsel of such a profound, prolific and talented group. I am growing from this course in so many ways. Your obedience to God has open up my creativity and most importantly my productivity.
