I conduct professional development sessions on topics related to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) professionals for educators, parents and other adults in the village of children’s care and concern--either solo or in partnership with other educators and or DEI experts.

My work empowers educators and school leaders of children who are racially, culturally, and/or socio-economically different from themselves to push past concerns that they’re less ineffective or will make a stigmatizing mistake, so they can enjoy human diversity, feel confident during difficulty, and engage children in ways that free them to soar, as they reconnect with the joy that called them into teaching and help train the next generation of citizens and leaders.
